Hi we had solar installed around March and have only had estimates on our solar even though it is fully connected to our smart meter. Have rang up and discussed with rep on the phone who said they would investigate that was around 3 months ago and no response. Our reads are way off compared to what the solar is producing. Any help or advice would be great
