eHomes battery problems

Not sure this is the place for this but chose eHomes because of AGL. Ring AGL and they haven’t heard of them. Am having huge problems with FoxESS install, my panels are now not working. They are trying to say I need new panels. They are rude and threatening. Not to mention taking advantage of elderly disabled person. Any advice on options would be appreciated.

We have our own team that you'll be able to contact in regard to solar. 

When you mention that they are rude and threatening, I want to clarify are you referring to eHomes people you had contacted, the AGL staff or people from FoxESS directly?

eHomes, sorry for misunderstanding. I now have no working solar and an inverter that is arcing electricity. Also given no eCoC.
