From the looks of that, I'd say your solar company is lagging with final set up with the energy supplier.
Has a smart meter been installed, or one was there existing that is suitable for the solar 2 way communication ?
Or do you still have an older analogue meter on site ?
If an older analogue, you might find your meter is turning backwards during solar hours, and when producing more than you are using . . . otherwise when using more than you are producing early or late in the day, the meter speed will be slowed down somewhat.
That's not a bad interim scenario, you will probably receive a LOT more actual benefit form that on single tariff !!
The power 'supplier' is not AGL, but your state / regional electricity supplier that is between the generator and retailer, and looks after metering. poles & wires.
Here in SA there is one supplier (SAPN), but some states have more than one supplier, regional specifics.
I would place this inquiry square onto the solar company now, let them follow up with the supplier.
That's their job, one which very often gets overlooked by many busy solar companies in various ways.
