Hi.

Sometimes when bills get a bit messy, and they do get messy. They're very difficult to reconcile.

Rather than having to go through each bill, it would be nice to be able to export either;

each bill as a CSV or other standard format,

or by service as a statement over a given period

or both.

This would allow easy reconciliation for problems with billing issues and tax without having to trawl through individual bills and collate everything.

Also, direct debits should identify whether it is a gas or electricty bill would be helpful.

Finally, a rate confirmation flag that confirms that you are on the rate that you signed up for has been applied on the bill that you have just received with the rate highlighted.

The issue here is that the data on a bill does not flow, it is interrupted by AGL Ads or other information such as contact info etc.

The bill should be structured so that the ACTUAL BILLING DATA is all on one page and thus easily read.

I have a very simple bill but the information is spread over two pages, and if I used my off peak it would have used three pages.

Have been assisting a person with a bill recently issued and even after getting a re-issued bill, his information is not correct, the information on the bill is not supported with the data supplied and download info from AGL does not support the billing either, Info from the SUPPLIER does not support the billing as well.

We are still awaiting info from AGL regarding the missing data and justification for the bill(s) presented, both bills are incorrect. I have advised the person to pay the bill rather than accept repercussions from a non payment of a bill.
