Eero 5 WAN IP Address error

Having lots of trouble with securing the connection between eero 5 wifi system and nbn (FTTP). There is an eero with the WAN IP Address but I cannot access eero settings to fix this as I cannot set up the modem.

Hi! I ended up calling agl through to the internet help line and they assisted to active the connection this takes about 12hours then your device should be hooked to nbn.
