I changed my internet provider nearly 2 years ago from escapenet to agl on a tp link modem. For those 2 years I haven't been able to use WiFi even though I'm paying for it. Reached out for support so many times but get nothing. Please help!

I can't begin to imagine how frustrating this has been for you, paying for an internet service which wifi hasn't been working for the past 2 years.
I would advise you to give us a call on 131245 and speak with the escalation team and we will be able to look into the service for you to see why it hasn't been working.
We will be able to further investigate and see what we can do to get the wifi working for you.
