I am sorry to hear your sim is locked.
If your phone is asking for a network unlock code, you will need to speak with the company you bought your handset from and they will give you a code to unlock the handset.
If your phone is asking for a PUK code, please give us a call on 131245 and we will be able to provide this information to you.
