cant send or receive messages

Hey There,

 

I am not able to send or receive  message.Which seems like agl has not activate that service for me. I have tried changing the device, turn or and off etc.Nothing worked for me.Spent endless hours with customer support which is pretty **bleep** as they can not resolve the smallest issue.

Hi @aayush,

 

Did you manage to get this resolved? Being unable to send texts if a fairly common issue on new accounts and is usually resolved by a quick call to support to restart the service. Sounds quite unusual if they weren't able to resolve it in this case.
