Lack of weekend service

 I can't believe there is no support for mobile service issues on the weekend, only Monday to Friday. Do you think we only have issues Mon - Fri?  I have only just switched and am considering cancelling and moving elsewhere if this is the level of support I receive.  Very fustrated....

Hi @SMITH1960 - unfortunately that's correct for the moment, our call centre for Mobile queries is staffed Monday to Friday. For issues over the weekend, a good option is to log in to your My Account page or the AGL app, and leave us a message - the relevant agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
