Port my wife's mobile number to my AGL account

My AGL account is in my name, and we would like to port my wife's mobile number, which is in her name and DOB, to my AGL account to take advantage of the 6 months special offer.  How do we do this? 

Note her mobile number is under her own name and DOB, and my AGL account is under my name. Even if in the AGL sim purchasing application we enter her DOB, it still has my name.  I don't think that would work (?) as the new details (my name and her DOB) do not match the port-away details (her name and her DOB).

Thank you for reaching out to us, we do appreciate this.

I would like to advise we have a couple options we can do for you.
1. We can do a Change Of Lessee (COL) we can transfer the mobile service into your name.A
2. We can order a new mobile sim card on your account and port her number from her account to your account.

I do suggest we do a COL so that you won't have to get a new sim card, it will be the same sim, we would simply just transfer it to your name.
