I have been extremely frustrated with the wifi calling offered by AGL. People who call me will be told my phone is off or disconnected so they hang up. Ten minutes later my phone will ring but no one will be on the other end. I have contacted AGL multiple times and get told they are changing some settings and to try again. There was no further explaination of what settings these were so there is no research I can do on my end to troubleshoot.
I have bought all new hardware which seems to have resolved the issue until a power outage which caused the NBN connection to not reconnect. AGL said they updated some network settings, (what ones?), which reconnected it but has brought back the call failure issues again.
Restarting the modem allows calls to work again for maybe half an hour but then the same issue. I have done everything at my end that I can do and have no idea what the issue could be other than on AGLs end who seem to not be able to describe what they are doing.
