Service is terrible why is anyone with AGL?????

 

Waiting 30 minutes online.

 

My free netflix plan is not free they charged me $10 a month WTF???

 

Is this corporate bull**bleep** real from energy companies to communication to banks no one is available to talk to anymore just type and hope you get someone. What a fuc#ed up existence. So I will be leaving AGL!

Thank you for your post, I'm sorry for the delay in my response. 

With the Netflix plan, there are different tiers within this for the different tiers with Netflix. 
-Free with Netflix standard with ads
-$11 per month Netflix standard
-$18 per month with Netflix Premium

These charges are an additional charge on the bill and subject to change. 
You are able to upgrade/downgrade your Netflix tier at anytime via your Netflix Account, your AGL My Account, AGL App or by contacting us.
