Anyone else have issues with their data being used up without actually using it?
AGL have had to top up my data 3 times this month due to my data being used up. But my data is never on to start with.
I've tried calling up multiple times to cancel my mobile plan because it's just become a joke and no one ever answers. The online chat is of no help at all either. It's become ridiculous
