lock for meter box

I would like to get a lock for my meter box.

Postcode 3105, Victoria 

Questions

1. Any recommendations? 

2. My electrician suggested Lockwood ASSA ABLOY 334B45 box was suggested.

3. Once the lock is installed, do I need to inform AGL? Does AGL have the universal keys to this one?

Welcome to AGL Community!

Victorian Power Industry (VPI) locks can be purchased from some hardware outlets, some electricial wholesalers and Master Locksmiths

Distributors will have a master key for this lock and the keys provided with the lock is for you to keep.

Once you have this installed, you do need to inform us so that we can update this in our systems!
