Victorian Power Industry (VPI) locks can be purchased from some hardware outlets, some electricial wholesalers and Master Locksmiths Distributors will have a master key for this lock and the keys provided with the lock is for you to keep. Once you have this installed, you do need to inform us so that we can update this in our systems! Kind regards, Justine
