I've received my first bill after switching supplier. $515.34, previously never more than $190. When I attempt to enter a meter reading,  I'm told that I have 2 meters, when I have only one. How can this be resolved?

Hi @AGLquestion 

Depending on the property you might have a Gas meter and a Gas hot water meter while both get charged on the singular bill there are 2 meter numbers to read.
