electrical usage not updating on app

hi guys my electrical meter looks as if stop sending data about 2 weeks i spoke to your solutions people but have not got an answer yet it been working up till then?  who fixes it as i an in an apartment and do not have access to power room.

If you have a smart meter then your usage data should generally be available to you up until the 48 hour buffer window. However, 2 weeks is quite a long time, please get in touch with us on your My Account here and we'll raise a request with the network for an update for you. 


This can take up to 10 business days for the network to provide an update to AGL.
