I have no account with them.
Companies should never cold call and ask for ID. The caller should always have to prove ID.
AGL should pass on a contact request via email on behalf of United Energy.
THEN I will consider what they have to say.

I understand unexpected calls can be concerning, however it is our responsibility to pass the information of the occupier on to the distributor in the event they need to alter the meter, or have a work order that requires special access.
If you touch base with our team here we can have a look at your account and determine why they were contacting you, and assist in resolving the issue.
