Hi Rob19,

Victorian Power Industry (VPI) locks can be purchased from some hardware outlets or Master Locksmiths http://www.masterlocksmiths.com.au.

However, if you have a remotely read meter you don't need to purchase one of these, as they don't require access to the meter to obtain the reads.

If they ever need access you would just need to arrange to leave it unlocked.
