Given the fact that you've both encountered this error, it sounds like this may be impacting a number of customers. I've put this in front of our app team for further investigation.
In the meantime, can I please ask if you're able to access up to date data by logging into your AGL My Account?
Thanks for that! It looks like you're able to see more using My Account so the issue likely exists in the app. Can I ask if anyone is currently living in this property? The usage looks very low.
