Salar system and smart metre

Hi’ I had solar system installed last month and today AGL installed a smart metre, just wondering what do I have to do now. Is the metre start to register the feed in tariff straight away or AGL has to do some programming.  If it does how long does it take?

Welcome to AGL Community. 

Once you've had the smart meter installed and it's configured for solar export, you'll be able to then turn your solar system on. You can check this with our Solar Connections department on 1800 680 430 and they'll be able to confirm this for you.
