No data since 15 Oct

Hello, I track our KW usage daily on the app. Since 15 Oct it is reporting no data. I call the support and they said that AGL changed the meter over to solar on 15 Oct. Would be the reason?? She also said that it may come back after the next bill. Sounds a little random to me. Any ideas??

Thanks for being part of the AGL Community. 


After there is a change made to a meter, including the addition of solar, it can take some time before the usage data is sent through to us. Usually it takes around 3-4 weeks, or, until the next bill is issued, whichever comes first. Sorry for the delay!
