No Electricity Usage Since November 2020 / Smart Meter

Hi,

 

I can't track my electricity usage since November 29, 2020. I already called customer support twice and they said that they passed on the problem in your IT department. It was 2 - 3 weeks ago and no update still. It is becoming an inconvenience since we like to track/check our daily usage.
