My bill is now doubled

I'm concerned why my now current bill is doubled my previous,

I was transferred to monthly without and notification and my 28 day bill from nov-dec = my 90 day previous bill from aug-nov  and now my current bill cycle trend has my next bill more expensive before I had solar installed, can any one given me direction on where to go ?
