MoveMeIn Offer

Some feedback - the ‘MoveMeIn’ process offered via  my real estate agent to help facilitate utilities etc, does not provide the Velocity Plan offer whenAGL is selected… or it’s not brought to tenant attention prior to even make the choice. If it was there, it would’ve saved hours on the help line to an agent today and yesterday.

Perhaps the sign up info with the MoveMeIn agency can be amended/updated.
