Gas Reconnect

I recently moved into this address last week and noticed that the gas has not been connected. Upon checking the gas meter, I found that a pipe is missing. I am unsure if it was stolen or if one of your technicians took it.

I would like to ask when I can expect the gas supply to be restored. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chuwaimin1008, I'm assuming that you had previously contacted us to set up gas connection? The gas distributor is responsible for the supply until the gas meter. If there is any pipes missing they will be able to resolve it. If the pipes you are referring to is from the meter and to the supply side of our hour then it is the homeowners responsibility. However, this is something that is out of the ordinary so it would be good to get more details. I will send you private message to discuss further. Cheers, Deepesh
