Estimated Bill Review

Recently when I finally was able to talk to a human I requested a bill review due to an estimated bill being extremely large. I was told to not pay the bill and it will be reviewed and I should receive a new bill in a few days. I have supplied meter readings before and after the call and my latest bills are a quarter of the estimated bill -$400 down to $100. I received a new bill with the existing amount added on to the new bill, there was no review by AGL at all and now the bill is overdue. The chat robot is useless, the phone number doesn't give an option for a review, trying to contact AGL to have this rectified is disgraceful.

The bill will remain outstanding until I can get it reviewed.

It's unusual that the bill didn't get adjusted if you had provided us with a lower meter read. 
I'm going to send you a Private Message to collect information and update this myself for you.
