Recently when I finally was able to talk to a human I requested a bill review due to an estimated bill being extremely large. I was told to not pay the bill and it will be reviewed and I should receive a new bill in a few days. I have supplied meter readings before and after the call and my latest bills are a quarter of the estimated bill -$400 down to $100.
