Energy connection

Hello,

 

I am a new customer with AGL and asked for the connection two weeks ago. I got an email with my plan confirmation but when I go to my account still showing setup in progress so I can’t access to any usage data  and I am not sure if I am connected already or not. 

 

I will appreciate any guidance with this. Thank you!

Welcome to AGL Neighbourhood. Although sometimes it can take a few days for your meter data to be sent through to us and for your account to complete being set up, two weeks is longer than normal, hence it's best to check you account. I will send you a private message to grab your account information so that I can help you further.
