Electricity Usage/Bill Not Showing Up, nor does Solar

Hey, so basically I moved into my new house Oct 5th, and since then I have only been able to track my Gas usage + pay the billing, but I've been unable to monitor my electricity usage + solar panels etc. I assumed it would've only taken a few days for the data to show up on my account, but it still hasn't, and AGL hasn't notified me of my account being in any sort of odd situation, communication has been null and void. I really hope you guys can resolve this issue ASAP as I do not want to wait until my first billing to see how much I've used. Please and thank you.
