Welcome to Neighbourhood! We would recommend getting in touch with AGL Digital Metering team on 1300 669 245.  They're available Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:30 pm (AEST) and they'll be more than happy to assist you with all the questions relating to your meter exchange.
