Disconnecting my agl account

I tried to disconnect my agl account online . But there is no option for disconnecting. I can only see options for  how to move or change plans only.

You can organise your move out on your AGL My Account and selecting the "Message Us" option otherwise, you'll need to check here for your other options of getting in touch with us.
