Can I change my start date back to the date I move in the new house?

Can I change the start date back to March at the date I moved into this house?

Hi @Lucyzhang 

If you are processing the move in yourself online from our website, you won't be able to select a backdated date. 

If you did move in last month and you need to set the date in the past you can contact our support team who will be able to process this for you.
