Address issue

I was puzzled as to why one house had two addresses. I provided 95 Lansdown Street when I asked for an electrical connection at AGL, but they responded that there was no metre at that address. Following that, I provided 64a Crimea Street, but it has since been corrected to 64 Crimea Street. However, I can see that Crimea Streets 64 and 64a have 2 metres available. Not sure how to handle this problem.

I'm having a similar problem with my NBN connection.

Hi @kajalesantosh, it can be due to old zoning issues with the council area. Generally, you can get it updated with the national database by providing us a rates notice with the correct address on it. If you still need to verify which of the meters is yours, then reach out to us here so we can help you with that. Thanks- Mark
