Accidently entered wrong meter reading

Could an AGL person help me? 
I've entered the wrong meter reading and my goodness wasn't that a mishap.

My cost estimation has jumped dramatically.

 

Lucky i do take photos of each meter reading that i submit each day so i can verify that the reading at the time was true.

 

So if an AGL rep can help that would be great

I reiterate can someone from AGL get in contact with me please.
