‘’ We said yes to AGL updating our electricity meter so we can access their Peak Energy Rewards Program - if we can save anything at all it would be good. Our bill for the Winter qtr was $1750 before our discount - OMG!
Anyway apparently they came to the property yesterday but said they are unable to install the new smart meter. They couldn’t do it because there is no sticker saying "100amp fuse behind board" so therefore they are not allowed to touch it.
Info about the AGL Peak Energy Rewards Program are in the email below. Could you ask the owners about this please and see if they can assist?
