Just to confirm, is your meter read inaccurate or are you needing help submitting your meter read?
Your bill projection is an estimated total of what your bill could be at the end of the billing period. Inaccurate projections could be due to recently joining AGL (bill projections are only available if you have a digital meter), the meter type is basic and if we don't have any historical data for your property.
Your bill projection is an only an estimation and your actual bill could be different.
