I am posting this out of frustration and the inability to enter a meter read on the AGL website
I have had numerous phone and text communications with this company. I am dealing with incompetents or just outright morons!!!!
My previous message from a month ago.. as part of a series of requests for assistance

I cannot enter a gas meter reading for gas on your website and despite repeated calls to get this fixed nothing is being done.
My old gas meter &&&& was changed in 2024
The new meter is *****
I have had numerous phone calls with AGL. I have had someone come and physically check that there is actually a new meter and they have assured me that all will be fixed.
I have wasted time trying to get the AGL assistant to fix this. The HAVE NOT fixed this.
I still have the old meter appearing on your website when I try to enter a reading for the new meter

Old meter ^^^^^^^^G New meter &&&&&&&&B Needs to be changed on billing
NEW reading on the meter is 00132
FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!
