can’t find my wifi bill

I had a bill due today for my nbn wifi. I can only see electricity and gas in my account now and my wifi has gone and I cannot see the bill. It’s due today and I don’t know what to do

I am really sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing the internet on the app.
I do advise you will need to give us a call on 131245 so we can arrange the internet to be put back on the app, and we can also get a copy of the invoice sent to you via email.

Hello,

I’m experiencing a similar issue with my NBN Wi-Fi bill. It was due today, but when I checked my account, I only see my electricity and gas bills listed, and I can't find my Wi-Fi bill anywhere. I’m really stressed because the payment is due, and I’m unsure how to proceed. I’ve already checked my email, but I haven’t received a reminder or an invoice.
