Unable to stream in the evening

Have been unable to stream video reliably since the start of May and have just been advised by AGL tech support that this is a problem with the NBN (and "please don't hold this against AGL"). Probably time for some communication about this - when will it be resolved?

Hi @EdB - if this is a known NBN issue, you may be able to view updates on the status at the NBN's Network Outages page. Are any issues showing for your area there?

Thanks, David - I had the same thought and checked the NBN outage page but there is nothing listed. It's not exactly an outage - everything works fine during off-peak but then fails during the evening. Obvious answer would be that AGL is not providing enough capacity for the evening peak but maybe it's a wider issue.
