Terrible service Terrible Internet Terrible customer service

Ive now had the AGL Home Fast internet for about 4 months. For the entire period the service has been sub standard, often with speeds of below 50Mbps.  Despite about 20 calls to technical support they have now decided that there is nothing they can do and its just too bad.  I asked for a refund for my Eero devices X 3 and my service to date and they said No, from our end it looks ok, even though I emailed dozens of speed tests through to their tech support.  I requested they get a technician to come to my place to review, but again they said no, to bad!!

 

DO NOT use this service.  Its is sub standard and technical support is non existent.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us in regard to this, definitely can't begin to imagine how frustrating this will be for you.
I can think of a couple ways we can resolve this for you, 1. We can apply Downtime credit to the account for the time you've have slow speeds. 2. We can get you on the Standard plan, that way you are paying for speeds of 50mbps which you know you can get. 3. We may be able to credit the difference in the plans for the time the service was not working up to speed for you.

Hello,

 

It's disappointing when a service provider isn't responsive to the issues you're facing, especially when you've been trying to show them the evidence. It really puts a strain on things when you're paying for a service that doesn’t meet expectations, and it’s even worse when you don’t feel heard.
