Hi @Bikalpa07
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am really sorry to hear you've been facing the slow speeds and can't imagine how frustrating this would be for you, especially when you have to attend class and work from home.

With your internet I recommend if you have a NBN box, please test an alternative ethernet cable, if you're still getting slow speeds please try a direct connection. A Direct Connection is where the ethernet cable is only connected to the NBN box, and the other end connected to a laptop/computer. Please record the speeds you get via the direct connection and if they're still slow, we can look at raising this to NBN as a fault.

If your modem is connected via the telephone socket in the wall, please test an alternative socket if you have another. Then test an alternative DSL cable. Please monitor the speeds that you're getting.

If you do have a spare modem please also try this to rule out any possible faults with the modem.

There are a few ways we can also manage the slow speeds for you within the configuration settings of the modem.
