No internet connection

Ive recently had my internet drop out here and there but its been completely gone for two days now and I only have a connection with no internet access.

Talking to the AGL AI ive done all tests and it sends me to a link with just the same tests.

Any advice to fix this.

Thanks for getting in touch!

When you signed up with AGL, did you use your own modem or the one provided with your plan? And after completing the troubleshooting steps, was your internet connection restored?
