in September 2022 Alfred mentioned on another discussion that to get port forwarding set up all you need to do is ring customer service and make a request. I quote:

However, when I called tech support today I was met with a very blunt response of 'we don't do that here, you need to contact your router supplier'. What I need to know is did I just end up with a terrible tech support person and I should call again at a different time or is there something else I need to do?
