I really appreciate the extra layer of security that AGL have to detect malicious activity but I believe it would be even more useful if we could be told the specifics so that theses could be individually identified then we could investigate how and where they originated from and/or see why our own security measures eg: anti-virus software didn’t pick them up. Is this possible?

Unfortunately we don't have access to see what phishing emails you get, so we are unable to individually identify this.
I appreciate you raising this to our attention and pass on feedback, as this may be something we can do in the future.
