Hi @Kala
Thank you for reaching out to us, if you're needing to change the password for your NBN connection you can do so within the settings of the modem.
Some modems will have guides on how to do it when you look up the model.
Otherwise, happy to assist if you can give us a call on 131245, or contact us on our live chat platform.
Thank you, Sheena

Hello,

You're looking to change your NBN password with AGL, you'd typically need to log in to your account via the AGL website or app.

Log in to your AGL account: Visit the AGL website and sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to your NBN settings: Once logged in, look for the section that relates to your NBN or internet settings. This may be listed under "Account" or "Services."

Change your password: In the settings section, you should see an option to manage or change your Wi-Fi or NBN password. Follow the prompts to set a new one.

If you can’t find these settings, it might be easier to contact AGL customer support directly for assistance with changing your password.

Best Regard,

Nathan
