No internet or too slow speed prior to bill

In last 6months I have noticed that prior to my AGL bill is generated, my internet stops working. I have to restart my modem and wait until next day. I always have found it weird and thought to report this whether others also encountered the same instance.

 

Moreover, My internet plan should allow me 100/20 download/upload speed. Two weeks before there was no internet. since last week internet speed is low. 

Since I am not stopping to pay my bill, I am fully entitled to receive my service accurately to my plan.
