The router is not able to connect to the Internet at all.
I live in East Gippsland, Victoria.
Are there any outages happening in the area?

Although this was a couple of months ago now and your internet connection should be up and running smoothly, I wanted to let you know that you can always check for nbn outages at https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-statusAnd of course, if you're concerned it might be an outage specific to AGL, check out our Internet troubleshooting and outages help page.
