 I got my internet bill for January 2025 which is charged $92.37. A monthly charge should be $74. I have been with AGL for more than one year. Don't understand where this number came from. Call the only contact number 131245 five times. No one gave me a satisfactory answer. The only thing they could do was that the number was correct based on the calculation. Send the email as well, but have no reply.

It's incredibly frustrating when you're overcharged and can't get a clear explanation from your service provider. Here's a breakdown of how to approach this situation, along with steps you can take to escalate it: 1. Document Everything: Keep Records: Maintain a detailed log of every call you made, including the date, time, duration, and the name (if you got it) of the person you spoke to. Save copies of your past bills, especially those showing the $74 monthly charge. Keep a copy of the email you sent. Identify Discrepancies: Compare your January 2025 bill with previous bills. Specifically pinpoint what charges are different. Is it a one-time fee? Increased usage? Late fee?    snaptik tiktok downloader

@ZJack
Good morning! I can understand the frustration of calling 5 times and no resolution. I know this has been a poor experience, if you have recently changed your plan or added a new service there are normally going to be a pro rata charge, where for example you pay $74 from the 1st of March till the 31st of March. Let's say you change your plan from the 15th of March onwards, you will be billed the old plan from the 1st to the 15th, however you may have already paid the bill for the $74, so your next invoice would have a credit from the 15th-31st under the old plan and you would have been billed under the new rate from the 15th to the 31st. Hopefully this clears up some billing issues.
We can absolutely assist you further with this; however, we will need you to call us at 13 12 45 or chat with us on the live chat platform.
