All general questions and discussion related to AGL Internet
Since joining AGL Telecom my internet, at best is super flakey and not anything like my previous supplier. I assumed that considering this is the NBN and supply is essentially from the same origin, device wouldn't be affected. Yet, as of this morning I have had no connection for the last 4 hours. I have in vain tried to contact your support however there has been no reply. This is appalling service.
Is anyone still without internet? They keep telling me there is no issue anymore but im still without internet. Im my modem is all green and device will conncet to wifi with no internet. Trying to get help from AGL and they just keep asking if i have reset the modem like thats their only response to issues
